Booking and Confirmation: The reservation will only be finally confirmed upon receipt of a final confirmation from the hotel / the website through which the booking was made.
Number of Guests: The maximum number of guests permitted in each room/unit is explicitly defined on the relevant ad page. Entry to the hotel will be refused, or you will be charged an additional fee for any exceeding of the maximum permitted number.
Eligibility to Book / Minimum Age: Only adults over the age of 18 are permitted to make a reservation and stay at the hotel without adult accompaniment.
VAT Exemption: A guest eligible for VAT exemption must present a foreign passport + a valid tourist visa upon entry. Failure to present the passport will require the hotel to charge the guest the full VAT payment. It is emphasized that, according to the law, Israeli passport holders are not eligible for VAT exemption under any circumstances.
II. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment (Entry Condition): Completion of full payment for the entire stay period, including pre-approved supplementary payments, is a necessary condition for entry to the hotel and key collection.
Cancellation Policy: The specific and full cancellation policy for the reservation appears on the booking screen and in the confirmation sent to the guest. The guest undertakes to read and fully accept it.
Credit Deposit/Security: The hotel shall be entitled to use the credit card entered at the time of booking to cover damages caused to the hotel property or for additional charges (such as extra services or fines). The hotel shall be entitled to charge this card for these charges without the need for additional guest approval.
III. Use, Property, and Liability
Liability for Damage: The guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused to the room, furniture, hotel equipment, or public areas by them or by anyone on their behalf. The full cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the booker’s credit card.
Loss or Theft: The hotel management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the guests’ personal property left in the rooms or public areas.
IV. Rules of Conduct and Use Restrictions
Prohibition of Commercial Use, Photography, and Events:
The rooms and hotel areas are intended only for private accommodation.
Strictly forbidden to use hotel rooms or public areas for any commercial, business, or public purpose, including: profile shoots, brand advertising, content production for social media, interviews, conferences, wedding preparations (photography, makeup, hair, etc.).
Such use requires prior written approval from the hotel management and will be subject to a price quote provided.
Violation of this clause may lead to immediate eviction from the hotel and a financial charge.
Smoking, Noise, and Compliance with the Law:
Smoking: A strict smoking ban (including electronic cigarettes) applies in all rooms and enclosed areas of the hotel, in accordance with the law. A guest who violates this clause will be charged a financial fine equal to the cost of one additional night for deep cleaning of the room.
Noise and Quiet: Guests must maintain quiet in the rooms and corridors of the hotel, especially during the defined quiet hours (23:00 (11 PM) to 07:00 (7 AM)). Parties or noisy events are forbidden in the rooms.
Law: All actions and use within the hotel are subject to the laws of the State of Israel.
Use of Kitchen/Room Equipment: It is forbidden to bring in and operate electrical or gas appliances that endanger the safety of the room or the hotel (e.g., portable cooktops, grills).
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel areas or rooms.
V. Operations
Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is 15:00 (3 PM) and check-out time is 11:00 (11 AM), including on Saturdays and holidays. Late check-out without prior approval will incur an additional charge as determined by the hotel price list.
Parking: The hotel offers parking for guests at an additional cost according to the price list. The right to use parking is valid only for the hours of the stay (between check-in and check-out time). Parking spots are limited, and availability varies depending on the days of the week. The hotel management is not responsible for any damage or theft of property from the parked vehicle.
